Cards, Pages, Groups & Projects

Understand the building blocks of LINQLO and how they work together to keep your content organized and contextual.

LINQLO is designed to feel intuitive and freeform—but behind the scenes, a powerful and consistent structure keeps your content organized, easy to manage, and a joy to revisit.

Understanding how Projects, Sections, Pages, Groups, and Cards fit together will help you get the most out of your workspace.

🗂️ Projects: Your Master Workspaces

A Project is the top-level container for your work. Each project is its own environment where you can define its name, emoji, theme, and layout. This is where all your Sections, Pages, Groups, and Cards live.

Use projects to separate distinct areas of focus, such as:

  • 📁 “UX Research Archive”

  • 📝 “Wedding Planning”

  • 🧪 “Startup Launch Pad”

  • 🎓 “University Thesis”

Each project is fully customizable—visually and structurally.

🧱 Sections: Top-Level Categories

Inside each project, you’ll find Sections—these act like primary folders or phases of your project. Think of Sections as chapters in a book or lanes in a roadmap. Examples might include:

  • 🔍 “Discovery Phase”

  • 🧠 “Ideas & Brainstorms”

  • ✅ “Completed Research”

You can rename, reorder, or delete sections as needed. They help give structure to sprawling projects without limiting flexibility.

📄 Pages: Your Interactive Canvases

Pages live within Sections and are where the action happens. These are interactive canvases where your content comes to life.

Use pages to:

  • Drop and arrange Cards

  • Group similar items

  • Comment, plan, and organize visually

Each page can be as dense or minimal as you like, and the layout is fully responsive to your content style.

🃏 Cards: Where Your Content Lives

Cards are the building blocks of LINQLO. Every saved piece of content—whether a URL, video, file, or collection—is represented as a Card.

There are four main card types:

🔗 Link Cards

Created instantly when you paste a URL. LINQLO grabs all the metadata and presents it beautifully.

🎯 Example Use Case

Let’s say you're planning a product launch. You might structure your LINQLO workspace like this:

  • Project: 🚀 “Product Launch 2025”

    • Section: “Market Research”

      • Page: “Competitor Insights”

        • Add Link Cards for articles, Group Cards for subtopics

    • Section: “Design Assets”

      • Page: “Visual Moodboard”

        • Include PDFs, YouTube cards, and grouped references

    • Section: “Final Strategy”
