Start your first project and learn the basics in just a few minutes.
Once you've signed up on LINQLO.app, you're just a few intuitive steps away from transforming scattered links into a powerful, visual, and collaborative workspace.
LINQLO is designed to feel natural, flexible, and surprisingly fun—let’s walk through how to get set up in under 2 minutes.
🧱 Step 1: Create Your First Project
Immediately after signing in, you’ll be prompted to start your first project. This is the high-level container for everything you’ll organize.

Here’s all you need to do:
Give your project a name — like “Q2 Research”, “Moodboard Ideas”, or “Wedding Planning”.
Pick an emoji to visually represent it — it’s playful, and helps you spot your project fast.
🎉 That’s it! Your project is now live.
📂 Step 2: Structure with a Section & Page
Inside every project, LINQLO uses a Section > Page > Card structure. This helps you organize content clearly from the start.

Section = like a category, folder, or phase (e.g., “Research”, “Inspiration”, “UX Testing”)

Page = where you actually drop and view your saved content
Every Page lives inside a Section—giving you both visual clarity and the flexibility to move fast.
🔖 Step 3: Start Adding Bookmarks
This is where LINQLO shines. All you need to do is paste a link into your page.
Our Smart URL Grab instantly turns links into a rich, animated cards with:
Titles, descriptions, website icon, and preview images
The original links (clickable)
Automatic metadata pulled from the site
From there, you can:
Drag-and-drop cards into groups
Rename anything inline
Right-click for quick options
Leave comments directly on content (and collaborate live!)
Your workspace evolves as your project grows.
