Customizing Projects

Make LINQLO your own with project customizations—from colors and layouts to naming pages with emojis.

Your LINQLO project should feel like your space—organized, expressive, and completely adaptable to the way you think.

Whether you’re managing research, inspiration, planning, or team collaboration, LINQLO gives you full creative control to shape each project into a visual extension of your process.

🎨 Themes & Layouts

Customize the look and feel of your LINQLO environment to suit your vibe or workflow.

  • Toggle between light or dark mode for visual comfort.

  • Choose from multiple layout styles to structure how your cards and groups are presented.

  • Apply changes instantly—perfect for shifting between deep work and visual browsing.

🧿 View Styles: Card, Table, Bento

Not everyone thinks or works the same way, and your LINQLO project should reflect that.

Switch between multiple view styles depending on your task or mindset:

  • Card View – Ideal for visual thinkers, great for browsing content with previews and quick info.

  • Table View – Perfect for detail-driven sessions, where structured data and sorting are key.

  • Bento Grid – A hybrid layout offering balance between visual browsing and spatial organization.

Each view can be toggled instantly, allowing you to shift perspective based on your needs—whether you’re zooming out for strategy or diving in for specifics.

🧩 Pages & Sections

Projects are divided into pages and sections, helping you segment content by category, topic, or progress stage.

You can:

  • Double-click or right-click to rename any section or page.

  • Create new ones on the fly to match how your ideas evolve.

  • Use this structure to keep things clean and purposeful—like separating research from inspiration, or planning from execution.

Bring personality into your workspace with custom emojis:

  • Add them to project names, pages, or sections

  • Use them to represent themes (💡 Ideas, 🔍 Research, 🚧 Work-in-Progress)

  • They’re not just decorative—they make navigation faster and more intuitive

🗂️ Grouping Cards

Keep your related ideas and links together by creating groups.

There are several intuitive ways to group:

  • Drag one card onto another

  • Select multiple cards and press G

  • Right-click and choose “Group”

Use groups to cluster similar resources, concepts, or references under one visual container—perfect for comparing options, staging ideas, or organizing phases.
