Project Exporting & Importing

Export your projects as CSVs or structured hierarchies.

Need to take your content somewhere else? Whether you're switching tools, building an offline backup, or sharing resources with others, LINQLO makes exporting effortless and flexible.

You’re not locked in—you’re in control.

🔍 What You Can Export

LINQLO lets you export content at any level of your workspace. No matter how you’ve structured your links, you can grab exactly what you need.

You can export:

  • ✅ A single group of links (e.g. a mood board or research topic)

  • ✅ An individual page with its full layout and labels

  • ✅ An entire section (multiple pages bundled)

  • All links across the project

  • ✅ The complete project structure with groups, pages, and sections intact

🖱️ How to Export Your Content

Exporting is built into the interface and can be triggered in a few intuitive ways:

  • Right-click on any Group, Page, or Section → Select Export

  • Go to your sidebar menu and select "All Articles" → Click Export All

  • Drag and drop content out of LINQLO into an email, doc, or browser window—LINQLO preserves the formatting beautifully

🔄 Supported Export Formats

LINQLO currently supports:

  • CSV Exports — For simple, spreadsheet-style backups or use in other tools

  • Hierarchical Exports — Retain the full structure of groups, pages, and sections

These exports are perfect for:

  • Creating organized archives

  • Presenting content in reports

  • Moving your work into external tools

  • Collaborating offline

🔐 Why Exporting Matters

Your links belong to you.
LINQLO’s export tools ensure you can:

  • Move your work without friction

  • Share it easily across platforms

  • Retain your structure—not just a messy dump of links

  • Feel confident that LINQLO adapts to your workflow, not the other way around
